OUR GENERAL PROCESS
Below our team has outlined the general process that most projects follow from starting out up to production. Our team will take a look at your project and build the best plan for your project.

Technıcal desıgn and ıdeatıon
At this beginning stage our designers work with you to help to define your styles, understand details, and help to further enhance your design.

pattern-makıng and product development
This is the phase where your designs come to life through the creation of your patterns which establish your fit blocks, and ensure an efficient order of operations to maximize production.
- Pattern-making

We have the ability to complete patterns via paper or through our digital cad software.
prototypıng and fınal sıgn off
This is the phase where we create your fit prototype and complete a fitting. Once the fitting has been completed, we will make any alterations needed and finalize the pattern. The final stages getting you ready for production.
- Sample making
- Fit alterations (after first fit)
In preparation for the next step, during this step we can aslo begin to:
- Digitizing
- Grading (sizing)

This is the final stage before production. During this phase we will complete a production sample in all of your final farbic, trims, and notions. As we do this, we are able to work through and understand the timings of each production step and give you an accurate cut/sew price.
This phase also allows you to quality control your garments.

Minimums in our facility are 250 pieces per style, per color / fabric.Anything under 10 units per style we consider sample-making.
We can also help you source and manage production in another facility based on your desired costs and machinery needs.
